Executive Director
to lead its next chapter of growth and service.
About the Role This position serves as the organization’s top executive, responsible for guiding strategic direction, cultivating community partnerships, and strengthening the financial foundation of the organization. The ideal leader will combine operational excellence with a deep passion for mission‑driven work and a proven ability to generate resources through fundraising, grants, and donor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all organizational operations, programs, and community initiatives with integrity and vision.
Develop and execute a comprehensive
fundraising strategy , including individual giving, grants, corporate partnerships, and special campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with donors, foundations, and government partners to ensure long‑term financial stability.
Prepare and manage the annual operating budget; oversee fiscal accountability and compliance.
Partner closely with the
Board of Directors
to establish and achieve strategic goals.
Serve as the public face of the organization—building awareness, trust, and collaboration across the community.
Recruit, develop, and support a talented team while fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field).
5+ years of progressive nonprofit leadership experience, ideally with proven fundraising and grant‑writing success.
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and strategic planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with boards, donors, staff, and community partners.
A genuine passion for serving others and advancing the organization’s mission.
