About the role Join our Customer Success team as a Solution Architect and help design, demonstrate, and operate world‑class Kubernetes and cloud‑native solutions for customers across the Americas.
Requirements
Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration and hands‑on operations
Strong proficiency in at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for automation and demos
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane, Pulumi), CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD), and reporting/monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog)
Experience in cluster auditing, workload tuning, and optimisation planning
Ability to deliver technical enablement and integrate external tools (IaC, CI/CD, reporting)
Outstanding analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you can explain technical concepts clearly
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in customer‑facing, engineering‑driven environments
Prior experience working directly with customers on engineering projects
Kubernetes Developer or Administrator certifications (CKA/CKAD)
Experience with Helm charts, Kubernetes custom deployments, or operators
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search, Loki, DataDog)
Programming experience (Golang, Java, C++)
Working knowledge of REST APIs
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored engineering solutions
Help customers design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes environments for diverse use cases
Lead the optimisation journey: audit clusters, develop optimisation plans, and implement workload‑specific tuning
Deliver custom solutions, including customer‑specific code and niche fixes (e.g., startup scripts, uncommon pod mutations, unique workload configurations)
Provide technical enablement by integrating external tools and frameworks
Apply Kubernetes best practices, fixing client configurations, improving workload setups, defining topology constraints, affinities, and optimising for cross‑AZ cost efficiency
Develop scripts and tooling to showcase platform capabilities and solve real‑world problems
Partner with customer teams to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding or operational challenges
Work with the development team to translate customer feedback into product improvements
