Area Sales Director – Service/Repair (California) TK Elevator is looking for a leader to drive profitable service and repair sales across multi-regions. The role is based in the California area including Los Angeles and Oakland.

Key Responsibilities

Drives and supports a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.

Acts as change agent to improve sales results through innovation and best practices.

Supports service and repair sales with a strong emphasis on customer experience, growth, and retention.

Supports business development by sharing insights on customer relationships and market trends.

Strategically reviews KPIs for each region and assists in business planning.

Collaborates with Regional President and Regional Director of Service Sales to review performance and ensure corporate initiatives are executed.

Engages in talent development and recruiting of key sales positions, acting as a mentor to the Regional Director of Service Sales.

Participates in large bid reviews as needed.

Supports strategic sales initiatives in alignment with corporate and regional strategies, utilizing TK Elevator sales tools and training.

Maintains strong familiarity with company products and differentiates TK Elevator offerings in all branch markets.

Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

10 to 15 years of upper-level management and sales experience in the elevator industry.

In-depth knowledge of the new installation sales process.

Very well organized, high energy level, strong work, acute attention to detail, and process oriented.

Motivated, goal oriented, and proactive.

Ability to identify, own, understand, supervise, and delegate to ensure accurate completion under strict timelines with minimal guidance; reacts well under pressure and accepts responsibility.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and provide solutions.

Team oriented with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with employees and customers within and outside the regional office.

Salary Range Los Angeles: $174,000 – $244,000 Oakland: $180,000 – $251,000
