Executive Assistant
to partner with the
CTO
of a rapidly scaling company.
Based in San Francisco, you’ll act as the CTO’s right hand—balancing the fast-moving tactical demands of calendar, travel, and communication with the strategic foresight needed to keep leadership aligned and focused.
With a
competitive salary of $170K–$185K , plus bonus and equity, this
hybrid
opportunity puts you at the center of decision-making, board-level engagement, and company-defining moments.
The Job:
Calendar & Inbox Management: Handle an active, ever-changing schedule with precision; triage and manage email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Board & Executive Support: Coordinate logistics and materials for Board of Directors meetings, Executive Committee sessions, and leadership offsites.
Travel Coordination: Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, often last-minute, with detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
Event Planning: Organize executive dinners, offsites, and team events with creativity and flawless execution.
Operational Excellence: Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and EA team to align priorities and keep leadership operating smoothly.
Confidential Support: Discreetly handle sensitive matters, including occasional personal/family logistics.
Daily Flow: Anticipate and prepare for the CEO’s day-to-day needs—whether that’s meeting prep, presentations, or simply ensuring the right conversations happen at the right time.
About You:
Tech Savvy: fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense management platforms (Concur or similar).
Experienced Support: 8+ years of experience directly supporting a CTO in a publicly traded company.
Effective Communicator: You can effectively "push back" when needed, while remaining open to valuable feedback and learning opportunities.
Discretion & Confidentiality: You handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and grace.
Masterful Writing: Your written English is impeccable, and your communication skills are confident and precise.
Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor's Degree.
