Job Summary
The Solution Architect will lead onsite engagement for a data and analytics transformation program, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI and data solutions. This role includes guiding data foundation build‑out, enabling advanced analytics and insights, and ensuring smooth communication with the offshore delivery team. Key Responsibilities
Engage with business teams to define reporting, analytics, and Conversational BI requirements Assess current data and BI landscape and define target‑state architecture Oversee creation of data pipelines, semantic layers, and reporting assets Guide adoption of advanced analytics using statistical/ML/LLM techniques where applicable Ensure robust governance, DevOps readiness, and IaC‑based deployment Act as the primary onsite liaison for requirement clarity, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder communication Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in enterprise data warehousing, BI architecture, and large‑scale analytics delivery Deep understanding of data modeling for analytics (dimensional & semantic layer design) Hands‑on expertise with ETL/ELT patterns and orchestration Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, security models, and IAM for data platforms Experience with BI tools (preferably Looker or equivalent enterprise‑grade platforms) Awareness of AI/ML techniques for insight automation, anomaly/outlier detection Strong understanding of DevOps concepts for data: CI/CD, code‑based delivery, versioning Proficiency in cloud‑based data analytics platforms (GCP experience highly advantageous; BigQuery familiarity a plus) Excellent stakeholder management, business communication, and requirement discovery skills Ability to operate in an onsite–offshore model, driving clarity and collaboration
