About This Role

The DXC Reinsurance Sales Director is a consultative seller that partners with clients to understand key value outcomes they are looking to achieve. They anchor DXC value propositions and sales strategies on strategic solutions that deliver those outcomes—business and IT transformation objectives. The successful candidate has a strong hunter mentality and excels at engaging and coordinating stakeholders across large enterprises, presenting and positioning our capabilities with poise and polish to executive client contracts including C‑Suite level executives. Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts and pursuits across the reinsurance industry, selling DXC’s software solutions. Build out and deploy strategies for securing new accounts. Work side by side with account and offering teams to lead our most complex sales pursuits and ensure growth targets are achieved. Serve as a client relationship expert with a broad network to identify opportunities and grow new relationships within the C‑Suite of enterprise accounts. Prospect and nurture new reinsurance opportunities through the sales funnel, sourcing new opportunities while leading and supporting assigned pursuits. Lead the sales cycle from start to finish for delivery of customized modernization and transformation solutions to large and/or challenging clients. Meet or exceed annual targets assigned to the reinsurance industry. Work across a territory and/or portfolio to create a market within defined industries and qualify and develop opportunities within those markets. Engage with pre‑sales support and client relationship personnel to drive a pipeline of qualified leads across a sales territory and/or portfolio, qualify leads into opportunities, and execute the standard sales process through to closure. Requirements

15+ years of experience working within enterprise sales, business development of SaaS/software products in the reinsurance industry. Deep understanding of the reinsurance industry and its unique challenges and opportunities. Experience carrying annual and quarterly targets and a proven ability to carry regional goals. Experience working with the technology services consulting industry. Strong track record of sales success, good communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients up to the Board level. Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel. Ability to lead and work in a team environment. Must be able to travel. Exceptional communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $132,500 – $275,300, influenced by experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, and organizational requirements. Benefits
