Facilities Supervisor
– CBRE Redmond, Washington, United States of America About the Role
As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise a team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which supports Property Managers with repairs and investment plans. What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross‑train staff. Act as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented. Arrange regular maintenance of equipment. Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management, suggesting improvements in efficiency. Design and oversee the schedule for building cleaning and disinfecting. Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors. Track regular and ad‑hoc facility expenses. Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate solutions to accomplish team objectives. May establish new techniques to enable the team to meet its objectives. Directly impact team and related team objectives. Ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives. Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values, guiding the team through application of basic knowledge, practices, and procedures to build consensus. What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job‑related experience; shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. In‑depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your job function, plus basic knowledge of related functions. Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent organizational skills and a disciplined, inquisitive mindset. Exceptional math skills; ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups. Benefits
