Client Services Treasury Manager – Global Treasury Lead

Role Summary The Global Treasury team within the Global Markets Operations group supports all treasury and cash management operations. This role will play a critical leadership role in shaping and scaling the joint operating model between Global Treasury and KKR Client Services across all asset classes, including credit, private equity, and co-investments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a senior liaison to investors and internal stakeholders on investor related treasury matters, ensuring proactive communication and high-touch client service.
Develop thought leadership and reporting frameworks to provide insights into treasury operations and investor capital movements.
Lead the development and execution of a global client servicing model for treasury operations.
Drive strategic initiatives that improve investor experience and operational efficiency across multiple asset classes.
Oversee end-to-end client treasury servicing, including capital calls, distributions, wire instruction management, and cash settlement processes.
Establish governance frameworks and escalation protocols with third-party fund administrators and banking partners.
Lead initiatives to strengthen risk management, SOX compliance, and audit readiness across treasury client operations.
Partner with senior leadership across Client Services, Treasury, Legal, and Finance to design and implement policies, controls, and best practices.
Champion the implementation of treasury management systems, inquiry management tools, and automated reconciliations.
Drive global process realignment initiatives that enhance scalability, transparency, and control.
Define and standardize workflows that reduce reliance on email-driven communications and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; advanced degree a plus.
4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in treasury management, client servicing, financial operations, or related fields within alternative asset management or financial services.
Demonstrated success in leading client-facing treasury or operations teams with a global scope.
Deep understanding of capital flows, cash management, and investor servicing in private equity, credit, and co-investment structures.
Proven track record of driving process transformation, system implementations, and risk management initiatives.
Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders and clients.
Highly organized; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong leadership presence; ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
Resilient, collaborative, and solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Compensation Base Salary Range: $100,000—$130,000 USD. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and team performance.
