Talent Acquisition Performance & Data Analyst - Remote Who We Are Lifepoint Health provides quality healthcare to rural communities, operating 60+ community hospitals, 60+ rehabilitation/behavioral health hospitals, and 250 additional care sites across the U.S. As part of our team, you will help elevate our healthcare delivery network and support the lives of patients and employees.

What You’ll Do The Talent Acquisition Performance & Data Analyst analyzes talent acquisition metrics, provides actionable insights, and supports the organization’s recruitment strategy. The analyst must be analytical, proficient in data tools, and translate talent acquisition data into recruitment excellence.

Responsibilities

Analyze internal and benchmark TA data to identify insights and opportunities for process and outcome improvements.

Research and provide data to inform strategic recruitment planning and report on the performance of existing plans.

Procure data and generate reports upon request via ATS and related systems, in partnership with other internal reporting/analytics resources.

Identify and help resolve data integrity issues to enhance confidence in analysis and decisions.

Coordinate TA benchmarking using metrics to measure comparative efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain key TA performance dashboards and leadership reports.

Translate recruitment knowledge and practices into relevant data/metrics/reports, and vice versa.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.

Translate complex data into business-relevant insights.

Collaborate with various peer and customer teams (TA teams, People Services, HRIS, HITS, Marketing, etc.) to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.

What You’ll Need Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or a related field (required).

3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence with a focus on HR or Talent Acquisition data.

1+ year of experience pulling reports and data from ATS systems (Oracle Cloud Recruiting preferred).

Prior recruiter or sourcing experience preferred.
