Job Posting Title: HR Assistant/Payroll Specialist
Time Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
Provides support for the recruiting process (scheduling interviews, sending background checks, attending job fairs/recruitment events as needed, drug tests, contacting selected candidates).
Coordinates the new hire orientation process (scheduling the orientation, preparing orientation paperwork, creating employee files), including I‑9 completion/compliance.
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Provides support on auditing, review and processing paperwork and forms.
Participates in special projects and initiatives, including engagement, job fairs and HR assessments.
Maintains confidentiality and performs all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Supports company Open Enrollment period to ensure smooth processing.
Supports Payroll processing.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1 year of Human Resources/payroll/clerical experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Local language required.
Results‑oriented; high level of interpersonal and communication skills for sensitive and confidential situations; attention to detail and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines; high sense of urgency and customer service focus.
