Job Description: The HR Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the HR and recruiting team throughout the employee lifecycle. This position is responsible for coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, managing onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate employee and candidate records. The right individual will have a strong sense of urgency, a high level of professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Prepare and process offer letters, background checks, and new hire documentation.
Maintain accurate and confidential data within internal HR and applicant tracking systems.
Assist with posting job openings and monitoring applicant flow.
Support new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling and preparation of materials.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates and new hires, ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure new employees have proper equipment and resources on day one.
Help track HR activities, maintain calendars, and support general HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition support.
Experience using HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
