About the Company and the Assistant Controller Opportunity
This is an exciting role for a collaborative, detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Assistant Controller will oversee month‑end close, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing across multiple entities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of their financial statements while mentoring and developing a high‑performing accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial reporting process for multiple entities and consolidations.
Manage and review month‑end close activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Oversee intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data for multiple entities.
Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance to provide insights into trends and business unit performance.
Lead, train, and mentor team members — fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Assist with internal controls, audits, and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support the Controller and CFO with ad hoc analysis and special projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA a plus.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with manufacturing and international exposure.
5 years of experience managing a team.
Strong understanding of GAAP, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing.
Experience using larger ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Enjoys mentoring and developing others while maintaining a hands‑on approach.
Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
