What You’ll Do
Manage a high volume of Sponsored AR Lens and video advertising campaigns, serving as a key production lead and point of contact for internal teams, clients, agencies and vendors.
Oversee budgets, timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects ensuring all creative assets meet Snapchats standards for quality and innovation.
Provide strategic guidance and production expertise throughout each campaign, proactively identifying challenges and driving creative efficient solutions.
Partner closely with Creative, Sales, Product, Legal and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution and cross‑functional alignment across all stages of production.
Support vendor management and production process optimization, helping shape best practices and scalable solutions across accounts and verticals.
Mentor and provide feedback to junior producers and external partners, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the production ecosystem.
Contribute to the development and refinement of production strategy, offering insights that enhance efficiency, creative excellence and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation and tooling hygiene to ensure visibility, consistency and operational rigor across all campaigns.
Act as a creative ambassador of Snapchats guidelines and platform best practices, ensuring all deliverables reflect brand integrity and technical standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven experience in creative production operations, project or program management with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑quality outcomes on time and within scope.
Strong organizational, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills; attention to detail is crucial.
Ability to operate both creatively and analytically while remaining flexible in changing environments.
Proficient in Google Suite and project management tools (e.g.).
Minimum Qualifications
6 years of project management, production or creative operations experience, preferably in creative advertising or tech environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
8 years of project management, production or creative operations experience, preferably in creative advertising or tech environments.
Experience working with advertising clients in a support function.
Experience with vendors in creating and adhering to efficient processes.
Familiarity with Augmented Reality Trends Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever‑changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience Working in Salesforce Experience with Salesforce platform and related tools.

Compensation In the United States work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $107,000‑$161,000 annually.
Zone B: $102,000‑$153,000 annually.
Zone C: $91,000‑$137,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
