About The Role The AI‑Native Content Marketing Manager will be a catalyst for AI marketing transformation—using generative AI and emerging tools to reimagine how LexisNexis communicates thought leadership, market insights, and customer value. They will use artificial intelligence as a foundational capability to plan, execute, measure, and optimize marketing activities, treating AI not as a tool but as an essential collaborator—enabling automation, prediction, personalisation, and creativity at scale.
This Role Will Collaborate Closely With
Voice of the Customer team to surface authentic insights.
Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to translate product innovation into market‑ready narratives.
Segment Marketing and Global Comms to drive cohesion and impact across channels.
Responsibilities
Use generative AI and emerging tools to reimagine how LexisNexis communicates thought leadership, market insights, and customer value.
Use artificial intelligence as a foundational capability to plan, execute, measure, and optimise marketing activities, treating AI not as a tool but as an essential collaborator.
Lead cross‑functional marketing initiatives and collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, or brand journalism, ideally in B2B tech or legal tech industries.
Proven expertise in AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Synthesia, Runway, Jasper, etc.) and an ability to integrate them into creative processes.
Deep understanding of legal technology, professional services, or complex B2B solutions marketing.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft narratives that resonate with legal professionals and business leaders alike.
Experience leading cross‑functional marketing initiatives and collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams.
Strategic thinker and hands‑on creator—equally comfortable setting direction and producing standout content.
Deep curiosity about the future of AI and marketing transformation.
