(Relocation Assistance Available if Needed) Position Overview This community bank is seeking an experienced, community-focused Commercial/Ag Loan Officer & Branch Manager to lead their branch operations and develop new business in a small-town market in Minnesota. This individual will be the face of the bank in the community; responsible for developing strong relationships with local businesses, agricultural producers, and community members while ensuring smooth branch operations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or agricultural lending and demonstrate proven leadership in managing a branch or lending team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing, relationship-driven community bank and make a meaningful impact in a vibrant rural community. Key Responsibilities Business Development:

Proactively build and expand commercial and agricultural loan portfolios, as well as deposit relationships, through community involvement and direct business calling efforts. Loan Portfolio Management:

Evaluate, structure, and manage a portfolio of commercial and ag credits; ensure sound underwriting and adherence to credit policies. Branch Leadership:

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency. Team Management:

Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and deliver outstanding service. Community Engagement:

Represent the bank in local organizations, events, and business networks; foster strong relationships to promote the bank’s reputation and growth. Multi-Branch Oversight (Depending on Experience):

May oversee operations of an additional nearby branch, ensuring consistency and success across both locations. Credit Analysis (Preferred):

Utilize credit analysis experience to assess risk and support sound credit decisions. Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or related field preferred(or equivalent experience). 5+ years of commercial and/or agricultural lending experience required. Previous management or branch leadership experience required. Agricultural lending experience strongly preferred but not required. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Proven ability to drive new business and achieve growth goals. Leadership and coaching ability with a hands-on, team-oriented management style.
