Senior Table Games Dealer

This position involves providing prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at a gaming table. The dealer is responsible for maintaining the security of the game by inspecting decks and safeguarding chips and currency. The role also includes assisting guests, exchanging currency for chips, and ensuring adherence to all established rules and procedures to provide the highest standard of guest service.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to maintain a close working relationship with co-workers and management.
Ability to provide the highest standard of guest service.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing.

Exchange guest currency for gaming chips.
