Job Description As a Nail Technician, you will deliver luxurious nail services, ensuring guests feel their best with a range of treatments including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, shellac/gel services, sculptured nails, and paraffin treatments.
What You Will Be Doing
Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging nail services with genuine care.
Perform full range of nail treatments and maintain strict hygiene and sanitation of tools and work areas.
Manage and replenish supplies to ensure service readiness.
Educate and guide guests on nail care and recommend suitable services and retail products.
Accurately process service charges and retail transactions.
Support colleagues and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
Follow departmental policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Perform other spa‑related duties as needed.
Qualifications
Active Nail Technician license in the State of Hawai‘i or equivalent certification.
Proven experience in a spa or luxury environment.
Exceptional technical expertise with strong attention to detail and artistry.
Passion for guest service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Highly responsible, reliable, and committed to excellence.
Calm, professional, and gracious demeanor focused on guest needs.
Commitment to sanitation, safety, and service delivery standards.
CPR and First Aid certification considered an asset.
Commitment to maintaining Fairmont Orchid’s professional grooming and presentation standards.
