About the Role
We’re seeking a data-driven, trend-aware analyst to support our ecommerce team by transforming performance data and social trends into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with our Social Media and CRM/Promotions teams helping them make smarter creative, content, and campaign decisions based on what’s
actually working .
This is a full-time, in-office position focused on
research, analysis, and performance optimization , not posting content. You’ll be responsible for analyzing campaign results, tracking emerging social trends, and providing evidence-based recommendations that improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
What You’ll Do
Analyze Social Media Performance:
Track and interpret analytics for organic and boosted posts across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. Identify which tactics, hashtags, and formats drive engagement and growth.
Trend & Influencer Research:
Monitor emerging trends, sounds, and creators aligned with our brand voice. Evaluate influencer proposals, negotiate rates, and rank options based on projected engagement per dollar.
Boost Campaign Optimization:
Execute post boosts using approved parameters. Monitor performance and report results to refine targeting, spend, and strategy.
CRM & Promotion Insights:
Review and analyze Klaviyo emails, SMS campaigns, and website promotions to measure lift, conversion, and engagement. Provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Create performance dashboards and concise summaries for leadership. Present findings and collaborate with Social, CRM, and Ecommerce teams to align data insights with future creative and promotional planning.
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or social media insights.
Skilled in
Meta Ads Manager ,
TikTok Ads ,
Google Analytics (GA4) ,
Klaviyo , and
Shopify Analytics .
Strong with
Excel/Google Sheets
and comfortable with or willing to learn
Airtable .
Understands both the quantitative (data) and qualitative (culture/trends) sides of digital marketing.
Excellent communicator who can turn numbers into clear, creative-friendly insights.
Comfortable handling influencer budgets, ROI comparisons, and performance reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce
industries.
Familiarity with paid media budget optimization and A/B testing.
Basic SQL or Python skills for deeper data analysis a welcome plus!
