Urology Physician – AdventHealth Tampa
Opportunity : AdventHealth Tampa is recruiting two board certified, experienced Urologists for a new Urology practice in Tampa, FL.
Practice Description AdventHealth Tampa has 626 beds and is the tertiary center for the West Florida Division. The new Taneja Center features 18 state‑of‑the‑art operating rooms, 96 private patient rooms, and advanced robotic systems, including Da Vinci XI and SP robots. The West Florida Division Medical Group continues to grow rapidly, serving communities across eight counties and caring for one million patients annually.
Hospital Description Located in the city’s uptown district, AdventHealth Tampa is a leading tertiary hospital serving Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and surrounding counties. It offers minimally invasive and robotic‑assisted procedures and is home to the AdventHealth Pepper Heart Institute and numerous specialty services.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive urologic care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
Perform robotic‑assisted surgical procedures using Da Vinci XI and SP robots.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a tertiary care setting to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation of care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
Medical degree (MD or DO) with or without U.S. residency.
Current U.S. work visa or eligibility to work in the United States.
Experience with robotic‑assisted surgical systems preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a patient‑centered approach.
