We are seeking an experienced development leader to serve as Senior Director, Corporate & Foundation Relations . This role will drive institutional fundraising efforts, managing a $10M+ portfolio while building new opportunities across a growing health system.
As a member of the Development Executive Leadership team, you will shape strategy, mentor a talented team, and partner with senior leaders, clinicians, and external stakeholders to expand philanthropic support for innovative clinical care, research, and health equity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead institutional giving strategy, securing major and principal gifts from corporate and foundation partners.
Manage a portfolio of top funders while cultivating new high-capacity prospects.
Set annual revenue goals and oversee pipeline growth.
Mentor and coach a team of 10+ development professionals.
Partner with leadership and internal departments to align fundraising with organizational priorities.
Build visibility and engagement opportunities with funders.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
12+ years of fundraising experience in complex organizations, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
Proven record of driving revenue growth and exceeding goals.
Expertise in institutional fundraising, strategy, and donor relationship management.
Strong communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
Healthcare or large-scale nonprofit experience strongly preferred.
