Constellis Position Summary The Capture Management Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the capture and business development teams by driving research, reporting, writing, and production efforts that contribute to the development of pricing strategies, win themes, and opportunity pipeline alignment. Assist in the identification and qualification of new business and aid in maintaining a pipeline aligned with the annual operating plan (AOP) Supports pipeline identification, qualification and management, opportunity development, capture, and proposal coordination Maintain accuracy of opportunity pipeline (Salesforce) and support decision‑making with accurate reporting Manage budgets, perform analysis, and maintain forecast Conduct market and competitive research using tools such as GovWin IQ, FPDS, SAM.gov, and FBO to compile and synthesize data into actionable insights to inform capture strategies. Support internal fact‑finding and knowledge management for capture efforts. Conduct research or internal fact‑finding for requested materials relevant to subject matter areas Support consultant due diligence, onboarding, invoice processing, and compliance activities Prepare effective customer call plans Support customer and stakeholder engagement Assist with preparation of responses to sources sought and RFI requests, past performance, and other technical writing assignments Support communications/marketing campaigns for key capture efforts Provide overall administrative support to the Business Development department Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in federal government contracting required Multi‑disciplined experience leading winning U.S. Government captures for DOD, IC, international and domestic mission support opportunities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required Proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, Deltek T&E, SAP Concur, and FPDS Understanding of federal acquisition, business development, capture and proposal cycle. Familiar with government opportunity databases (SAM.gov, FPDS, etc.) Capacity to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and accomplish tasks on time Deconflict competing schedule demands and proactively manages deadlines Excellent technical writing and formatting skills Research and analytic aptitude Effective oral and written communication skills Advanced proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM US Government Secret Clearance required, Top Secret preferred Benefits
