Sign‑On Bonus | Housing & Relocation Support
Position Summary We’re seeking an Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative team‑based model alongside experienced CRNAs. This role is a 40‑hour week (1.0 FTE) with some weeknight and weekend call, additional compensation for time worked over 10 hours a day and additional days worked outside the contract. 41 weeks worked, 10 weeks time‑off and 1 week of CME.
What You Will Do
Deliver safe, high‑quality anesthesia care in a collaborative, team‑based environment
Participate in compensated weeknight and weekend call rotations
Administer anesthesia using IV, local, spinal, or caudal techniques for surgical and medical procedures
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort
Manage airway and provide life support during emergency situations
Evaluate patient risk through medical histories, exams, and diagnostics
Collaborate with healthcare teams to determine optimal anesthetic plans
Oversee and coordinate care with CRNAs, nurses, and support staff
Educate patients and families on post‑procedure care and recovery
What You Will Need Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience as anesthesiologist, required
Skilled at epidurals, spinals and ultrasound‑guided regional anesthesia, required
Ability to stand for long periods of time, required
Experience in supervisory position, preferred
Team player, preferred
Certification(s):
Board certified in anesthesiology
Computer / Typing:
Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job‑specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
Proficient with Microsoft programs like Excel, Word, Teams, Power Point is required.
Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine degree with anesthesiology residency, required
