Senior Product Manager, Measurement & Experimentation

The Senior Product Manager, Measurement & Experimentation will lead the charge in building smarter measurement and experimentation strategies across our Retail Media Network. If you love digging into data, designing experiments, and collaborating across teams to drive real impact, this role is for you.

You'll be at the forefront of shaping how we measure advertising effectiveness from A / B testing to media mix modeling. You'll work with brilliant minds in data science, analytics, and product to build tools that help us understand what's working and what's not. Your insights will guide product development, campaign strategy, and business decisions.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you'll do

Own the roadmap for incrementality measurement and experimentation across our ad products

Design and support testing strategies like A / B, geo-holdout, and synthetic control

Partner with analytics and data science teams to build and validate media mix models

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed experimentation into product launches

Standardize measurement methodologies across advertising channels

Evaluate third‑party tools to enhance our internal capabilities

Required skills

7+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or data science roles.

3+ years of experience with media mix modeling and incrementality measurement, causal inference, and experimental design.

3+ years of experience with A / B testing platforms, geo-experiments, customer-holdouts and lift studies.

2+ years of experience setting up, running, and analyzing incrementality tests on onsite and offsite media platforms (like Google Ad Manager, Meta, Google Ads, DV360)

Experience in digital advertising, retail media, or marketing analytics

Bachelor's Degree in a Quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science).

Preferred skills

Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with analytical programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Master's degree in quantitative fields (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science).

Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Experiments, Meta Lift).

Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Snowflake).

Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex methodologies into business‑relevant insights.
