The Senior Business Analyst will perform advanced analytical work to deliver data‑driven insights that inform strategic and operational business decisions. This role combines data analytics, Python scripting, and Power BI visualization expertise to create actionable metrics and performance dashboards. The analyst will collaborate with leadership teams to define business needs, forecast outcomes, and develop recommendations that improve operations and align with corporate objectives. Perform complex data analysis using
Excel ,
Power Query ,
Python , and
Power BI
to generate insights and customized reports. Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical models to predict business outcomes using multiple data variables. Identify trends, evaluate results, and make strategic recommendations that drive measurable improvements. Manage small to mid‑size projects, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Create visual management dashboards and reports via Power BI, PowerPoint, and other visualization tools. Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to senior management and stakeholders. Contribute to data governance, business intelligence, and KPI development initiatives across departments. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of related experience in data analysis, business analytics, or data‑driven project environments. Proven experience using
Python ,
Power BI , and
Power Query
for data transformation and visualization. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including what‑if modeling and quantitative analysis. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in analytics, economics, or engineering. Experience with VBA, data ELT processes, and project management tools. Demonstrated understanding of market research, operational analytics, and metric‑based reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and related productivity software. Technical Skills
