Sales Director – Germany and Austria Shape the next phase of growth for a global industrial technology group recognised for engineering excellence and customer innovation.
We’re hiring a
Sales Director
to lead the commercial organisation across
Germany and Austria;
driving double‑digit growth through OEM, channel, and application‑focused sales.
This is a senior leadership role in a pivotal region, central to the company’s ambition to double revenue within five years.
Your Mandate
Deliver strong, visible growth through OEM and channel pipelines.
Lead and develop a national sales team spanning key account, new business, channel, inside sales, and applications (total team approx 20-30).
Strengthen customer partnerships and drive strategic account penetration.
Shape and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with EMEA growth goals.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading sales teams in Germany within industrial automation, drives, or motion control.
Strong record of OEM and channel development, delivering sustained growth.
Strategic, hands‑on leader with the presence to inspire teams and customers alike.
Fluent in English and German; degree in engineering or business preferred.
