Base pay range $26.00/hr - $27.00/hr

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a caring team of staff and volunteers

Evaluate and admit potential residents and support their families

Develop and coordinate individual care plans with hospice professionals

Ensure 24/7 program coverage using volunteers and per diem staff

Provide or coordinate spiritual and emotional support

Maintain accurate program records and communication

Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)

1-3 years of experience working with diverse populations

Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

Comfort with medical settings, including exposure to blood and bodily fluids

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time: 28 hours/week

Pay range: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour

Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays required based on program needs
