Senior SailPoint Architect – Identity Security Cloud (ISC) We are seeking a Senior SailPoint Architect with deep expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and enterprise identity governance. This role will serve as the technical and strategic lead for SailPoint ISC design, modernization, and implementation efforts across the organisation. The ideal candidate will drive solution architecture, integration strategy, and IAM modernisation best practices while partnering with business, cybersecurity, and engineering stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end architecture and deployment strategy for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Define platform blueprint, governance design, and identity lifecycle automation architecture

Lead design of identity workflows, RBAC models, access request processes, certifications and policy enforcement

Architect application onboarding strategy and integrations including Active Directory/Entra ID, HR platforms (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP), cloud platforms, and SaaS apps (RACF integrations a plus)

Develop identity reference architecture, standards, and reusable patterns for connectors, API integrations, certifications, and provisioning workflows

Partner with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, application owners, and engineering teams to align IAM roadmap with enterprise security strategy

Lead migration strategy from SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to SailPoint ISC where applicable

Ensure compliance with regulations and security frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, NIST, ISO 27001)

Oversee testing, operational readiness and production cutover plans

Mentor and support engineers and implementation partners

Guide platform governance, operational model, and continuous improvement strategy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or equivalent experience

8+ years of Identity & Access Management experience

5+ years SailPoint experience with proven enterprise implementations

Hands‑on and architectural experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or SailPoint SaaS Identity products

Strong knowledge of identity governance, RBAC/ABAC design, access certification programmes and identity lifecycle automation

Deep understanding of Active Directory/Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, REST APIs and modern authentication protocols

Proficiency with Java, Beanshell, Python, JavaScript or similar scripting languages

Experience designing scalable IAM solutions for hybrid and cloud environments

Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

SailPoint Architect or Professional Certification(s)

Prior experience migrating from IdentityIQ (IIQ) to ISC

Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta or other federation solutions

Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP architecture

Knowledge of containerisation and DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Git, Terraform is a plus)

Background collaborating with managed services or implementation partners
