Nights 12 (18:45-7:15) (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
Job Description
This position requires an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse to work in a unit that also handles Mom-Baby assignments. You will adhere to AWHONN guidelines, ensuring excellent patient care with appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 care for laboring patients, 1:2 for additional labor patients, and 1:3 for couplets. Utilize 20 patient rooms designated for labor, delivery, and mother-baby couplets. Circulate in OB ORs for cesarean sections. Manage care in OB ED rooms. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience is required. Mother/baby experience preferred. Postpartum couplet care experience strongly preferred. Active NJ RN License or Compact License is required; no pending certifications accepted. Certifications: AHA BLS, NRP, ACLS. Why ARMStaffing?
