As a member of the Tickets team, you will help build the ticket management system for both consumer and enterprise users. Upon purchase, a fan can access their order history to download the mobile pass to attend the event. Tickets are the equivalent of currency. It’s imperative to deliver these tickets to their mobile wallet, at speed.
What you’ll do
Leverage our paved road to ship faster and apply it to your day-to-day work
Collaborate with product, UI/UX, customer success, and fellow engineers to come up with solutions that meet the desired outcomes
Contribute ideas, research solutions and write RFCs to gather feedback
Decide how to implement a solution based on tradeoffs
Master your Order domain and resolve incident responses independently
Develop insight based on analytics and suggest improvements
Mentor and help team members outgrow their current role
What you’ll bring
4+ years of experience in software engineering or any relevant field
Experience building something you’re proud of in your favorite language
A deep desire to build something impactful and think like a founder

Compensation The approximate national base pay range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location. The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
