Run a profitable restaurant Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness Work with your leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities Help Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve departments May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future Qualifications
Must be an HU graduate and have McDonald’s experience Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations A background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours, lift up to 25 pounds, frequent bending, twisting, and lifting Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary up to $50,000, health insurance benefits, bonus program, and paid time off are offered to qualified candidates.
