Key Responsibilities

Work closely with triad partners in design and development, global merchandising, sourcing, and marketing teams.

Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to integrate feedback into product strategies.

Partner with regional teams to ensure product relevance and alignment across distribution channels.

Lead the seasonal product creation process for the Classics category, partnering with design, development, merchandising, and brand teams.

Develop and execute multi-season line plans that reflect consumer insights, marketplace trends, and business objectives.

Own product briefs, design reviews, sample management, and milestone tracking across the product calendar.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of samples and alignment with go-to-market strategies.

Champion the Classics consumer and ensure product solutions reflect their tastes, habits, and cultural preferences.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

3+ years relevant industry experience in product creation, merchandising, or brand marketing.

Proven ability to translate consumer insights into compelling product solutions.

Strong influencing skills and ability to drive strategy across functions.

Deep understanding of apparel construction and development.

Passion for lifestyle apparel and culture.

Experience managing complex timelines and delivering against key milestones.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
