Site Superintendent – High-End Residential We are seeking a highly qualified Site Superintendent to lead field operations for luxury custom homes throughout the Bay Area and Sonoma County. The successful candidate will demonstrate superb leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of field operations. The Superintendent represents the company at the highest level, ensuring meticulous coordination and execution on every project.

Essential Job Functions

Provide on‑site coordination for all phases of residential construction projects.

Maintain consistent communication and relationships with subcontractors, clients, architects, designers, and internal project teams.

Promote and enforce job‑site safety and quality control, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety policies.

Communicate with the project team regarding RFIs, material submittals, and schedule, and manage all site inspections.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in construction progress to keep projects on schedule.

Perform duties at multiple job sites and maintain daily written logs and punch lists of all active sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of all construction phases and exceptional oral & written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse personalities and work under stress as a team player.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred; minimum of 5 years residential construction experience.

Strong computer skills with emphasis on Procore, Revit, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to read plans quickly and use hand & power tools as needed to expedite project requirements.

Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

Valid California Driver’s license with a clean DMV record and ability to pass a background check.
