About the Role A growing real estate investment platform is seeking a Director of Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of hotel assets across the U.S. The focus of this role is to drive portfolio performance, enhance asset value, and strengthen third‑party operator execution.
Responsibilities
Lead asset management of select‑service and extended‑stay hotel properties, ensuring strong financial and operational performance.
Partner with third‑party management teams to review results, optimize operations, and drive NOI improvement.
Analyze financials, STR and revenue management data, forecasts, and budgets to identify opportunities and risks.
Conduct regular site visits and develop value‑enhancement strategies, including capex planning and ROI initiatives.
Monitor market trends, supply pipeline, and key demand drivers to support strategic decision‑making.
Oversee annual budgeting, business plans, capital planning, and performance reporting.
Support underwriting and due diligence for new investment opportunities.
Qualifications
7‑10+ years
of experience in hospitality asset management, hotel operations, or hotel investment/finance.
Bachelor’s degree required; business, finance, or hospitality preferred.
Strong financial analysis skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to travel.
