Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and acquisition documentation, including Cybersecurity Strategy and Clinger‑Cohen Act compliance, to support program milestones and product lifecycles Serve as the cybersecurity functional lead in Configuration Management, reviewing and approving Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) Provide Information System Security Engineering (ISSE) recommendations to vendors to enhance system security and resilience Coordinate, lead, and support cybersecurity developmental and operational tests such as CTTX, CVI, ACDT, CVPA, and AA Develop and maintain RMF eMASS Assess Only packages for tactical PIT devices, collaborating with vendors on STIG development and ACAS scans Participate in and provide cybersecurity expertise at PM PNT Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and other program‑related forums Integrate information assurance and cybersecurity considerations into acquisition documents such as the SEP, TEMP, and acquisition strategy Participate in the design and review of network architectures to ensure reliability, scalability, and robust security Draft transition plans for the establishment and decommissioning of enterprise networks Collaborate with geographically dispersed sites to support network operations and serve as the primary point of contact for network troubleshooting Support the system engineering process by contributing to requirements, interface control documents, engineering plans, training plans, and test plans Plan, create, review, and maintain both classified and unclassified cybersecurity acquisition documentation Identify and resolve information assurance, software assurance, and cybersecurity issues across the product line and support client systems Plan, document, and execute Government Assessment and Authorization processes, including technical risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, POAM development, and security control validation Support, conduct, and document system vulnerability and susceptibility analyses, and maintain Assessment & Authorization, Assess Only, and Interim Authority to Test packages Assist in drafting SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, performance specifications, and provide technical advice for proposal evaluations Obtain recommendations from PEOs and the ASA(ALT) Cybersecurity Division and establish standardized reporting to U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) for systems impacted by cyber events Analyze Army Cyber operational orders for mission impact and coordinate with PEOs to ensure emerging threat data is reported back to ARCYBER Participate in technical reviews (SSR, SRR, PDR, CDR, PRR, FCA, PCA) and integrated product teams Provide expert recommendations to resolve cybersecurity and information assurance issues, monitor cyber defensive measures, and support the development and execution of formal information assurance programs Requirements

A minimum of a Top‑Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility is required Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated ISSO experience supporting DoD or Army programs Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF, eMASS, STIGs, and ACAS Experience with acquisition documentation and Configuration Management processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level Employment type : Full‑time Job function : Information Technology Industries : IT Services and IT Consulting
