Malibu, CA , ideal for a motivated engineer eager to apply machine learning in a commercial environment that moves fast and values autonomy. As a
Junior AI & Machine Learning Engineer , you’ll contribute directly to the development of ClickMint’s AI‑driven experimentation engine — working on LLM orchestration, neural network modeling, behavioral clustering, and real‑time pattern recognition across massive eCommerce datasets. You’ll collaborate with our engineering, data science, and optimization teams to: Develop and deploy ML models that diagnose conversion friction in real time Build neural network architectures and decision‑support systems for optimization recommendations Conduct large‑scale statistical analyses and A/B inference testing Train, test, and refine models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks Push production‑grade AI models live to impact client results within days — not months This is a hands‑on engineering role where your work translates directly into measurable revenue outcomes for major eCommerce brands.
