Responsibilities

Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.

Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.

Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.

Specific departmental duties:

Guest Service: ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize front counter, McCafé, and drive‑thru areas.

Kitchen: deliver quality food quickly, maintain safety standards, control food cost, and train kitchen staff on production procedures.

People: hire qualified crew, provide training, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate crew throughout their tenure.

Qualifications Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Pay Range: $16.50 to $18.00 per hour.
