What is Required (Qualifications):

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in engineering recruitment

Strong negotiation skills for managing offers and candidate expectations

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recruitment activities

Experience in managing candidate relationships and stakeholder engagement
