The Department of Revenue is the primary agency for collecting tax revenues that supports state and local governments in Mississippi. For inquiries regarding this position, you can contact De'Andria Trunnell at deandria.trunnell@dor.ms.gov Job Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for waiting on customers that come to DOR to retrieve a replacement title. You are also responsible for processing Certificate of Title replacement applications that are submitted through the e-Services portal. You are required to have the ability to pay attention to details, time management, and work well with co-workers to complete the daily task. You will be responsible for handling all job duties in a timely and efficient manner. Excellent phone etiquette and strong written communication skills Ability to interpret and apply motor vehicle title and registration laws, policies, and procedures Detail Oriented and good organizational skills Demonstrate and practice ethical behavior and confidentiality Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude when interacting with customers Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance Preferred Qualifications
