We’re seeking a motivated and strategic Portfolio Manager to help lead the operations and growth of our commercial real estate portfolio. This role plays a key part in advancing property performance, strengthening tenant relationships, and supporting initiatives that drive revenue and portfolio growth.
What you'll do
Oversee and manage the commercial revenue pipeline and tenant relationships, identifying and pursuing new commercial tenant leads in collaboration with internal teams and leadership, while supporting portfolio growth and strategic initiatives
Prepare and maintain high-level property summary reports, such as revenue, expenses, occupancy rates, and tenant details to provide insights into portfolio performance for leadership and investors
Leverage analytics to understand tenant needs, enhance their experience, and provide recommendations that support revenue growth and portfolio performance
Serve as a primary tenant contact, building strong relationships through on-site tours, lease negotiations and renewals, and proactive resolution of tenant concerns
Co-lead key commercial matters, including lease modifications, extensions, and other portfolio decisions.
Co-manage operational and financial aspects of the commercial portfolio, including lease administration, vendor coordination, NNN/utilities budgets in partnership with Accounting, rent increases, and commercial tenant parking administration
Assess and manage the risk associated with real estate investments and loan portfolios
Act as liaison between tenants and Project Managers for commercial buildouts, ensuring timely completion and coordination with the Operations team
Serve as a principal point of contact for ongoing leasing relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between the Commercial department, operations teams, tenants, and leadership to ensure smooth issue resolution and coordination across the portfolio
Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance to senior management and investors
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
3–5 years of experience in commercial property management, real estate, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, tenants, and prospective clients to support occupancy and portfolio growth
Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the commercial portfolio
Proficiency with property management software and electronic communication tools
Valid driver's license required
Starting salary - $68,000-$90,000 annually**

**The salary range listed for this position represents the range of compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
