About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, self‑motivated Accounting Specialist with exceptional attention to detail to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the accounting function across multiple offices, managing a variety of tasks from general bookkeeping to real estate transaction support.
You’ll collaborate closely with General Managers, agents, and title companies to ensure each office’s accounting needs are met accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage NetSuite entries for all accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
Maintain accurate records of funds received from investors
Perform accurate and timely property close‑outs for payroll, including reviewing HUD statements
Partner with General Managers, agents, and title companies to ensure seamless financial processes
Assist with administrative reports and ad hoc accounting projects as needed
What you Bring to the Table
At least 2 years of accounting or administrative experience
Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure
Proficiency with NetSuite, GSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, dependable, and eager to grow with a dynamic company
Real estate transaction experience is a plus
