HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and skilled Business Analyst with expertise in high-value payments

to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. The candidate will analyze business requirements, enhance payment processes, and drive the adoption of ISO 20022 for high-value transactions. We are very specific about the candidate having worked in the Payments domain and having exposure to “High Value” Payments. Relevant experience in pacs.004 or related to FedWire, CHIPS clearing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Solid understanding / work exposure on Payments and ISO MX messages.

ISO defined values for Settlement Method, for pacs.008.

Gather and document business requirements related to high-value payment systems.

Analyze workflow and identify areas for improvement.

Exposure on MX pacs.008/pacs.009 Messages

Knowledge in difference between pacs.002 vs pacs.004

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement ISO 20022 CBPR standards.

Support testing and validation of payment solutions.

Provide training and documentation for end-users.

Exposure to US payments processing FedWire, CHIPS.

Knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 payment messaging format

Good to have: ISO 20022 CBPR standards.

Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $79000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $163900 per year

Compensation and Benefits:

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
