As Director of Manufacturing Operations, you will oversee all aspects of semiconductor-related manufacturing processes, ensuring world-class quality, efficiency, and scalability. This role is critical to supporting growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence in high-reliability technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to meet semiconductor industry demands.
Lead wafer fabrication, assembly, and test operations with a focus on yield improvement and cost optimization.
Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across global facilities.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, EHS regulations, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Mentor and develop high-performing teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
15+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
Expertise in cleanroom operations, wafer processing, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems and global manufacturing operations.
