Crimson Tide Hospitality PREMIUM HOSPITALITY AMBASSADORS are crucial to the success of our premium seating operations. They serve as friendly faces to ticket holders and their guests, guaranteeing compliance with operational policies across premium hospitality areas. Ambassadors also help facilitate communication between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, CTH Management, and Athletic Department personnel.
Base pay range $15.00/hr - $15.00/hr
Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, fans, and department staff.
Ensure adherence to all game day policies and procedures.
Always be monitoring entry points to maintain exclusivity of the premium areas.
Execute all pre, during, and post-game tasks related to your assigned premium area (e.g., trash disposal, facility supervision, catering requirements, ticket scanning, elevator operations, etc.).
Serve as the primary point of contact for all premium guests within your designated area throughout the game.
Other duties as assigned.
Availability and Opportunities
Must be available to work ALL home football games at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Friday, December 19, 2025 or Saturday, December 20, 2025 - potential playoff game
Ambassadors are expected to work the entire gameday, which typically begins 45 minutes before stadium gates open and ends approximately 90 minutes after the final whistle.
Ambassadors are hourly employees. Gameday hours range from 8-10 hours per game, with the opportunity to work Thursday's and Fridays for additional hours.
Along with Football, Ambassadors will have the opportunity to work additional Alabama Athletics events (Men's Basketball, Gymnastics, Baseball) pending positive supervisor evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening where required; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
Previous customer service experience is a plus!

Physical Requirements

Pushing/pulling/carrying/lifting may include up to 25 lbs.
Normal vision or corrected by use of glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities.
Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs and walk as required to perform the duties associated with functioning as event staff for an event.
