General Summary
The Sr. Influencer Marketing Associate is responsible for executing influencer strategies that bring the Steve Madden brand to life across digital platforms, responsibilities include managing day-to-day influencer campaigns, support larger brand initiatives, and help elevate Steve Madden’s presence in the creator community by driving authentic, on‑brand partnerships that generate buzz and engagement.
This position is ideal for someone who lives and breathes fashion, understands the social media landscape, and thrives on building relationships with creators who align with our brand values and aesthetic. We're looking for a self‑starter, hustler, team player, brand representative who loves the brand as much as we do.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on‑site five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategy, planning, and execution of influencer campaigns for key product launches, collaborations, and brand moments
Identify, vet, and contract influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms that align with Steve Madden’s brand and audience
Oversee end‑to‑end campaign logistics—briefing, negotiation, contracting, product gifting, content review, and approvals
Support and grow Steve Madden’s affiliate influencer network through platforms such as Shopmy and TikTok Shop
Manage affiliate onboarding, partnerships, and performance tracking to drive revenue and awareness
Analyze performance data, develop reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI across affiliate campaigns
Build and nurture long‑term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and affiliate partners
Act as a brand ambassador and liaison, ensuring clear communication and alignment with brand values
Partner with Brand Marketing, PR, Social Media, and E‑Commerce teams to integrate influencer and affiliate programs into broader brand initiatives
Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and manage contract and payment processes
Support seasonal campaign planning, influencer events, and seeding initiatives
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and fashion trends
Experience managing influencer campaigns end‑to‑end, including negotiation and reporting
Proficiency in influencer management tools (e.g., Tagger, GRIN, CreatorIQ, ShopMy, or similar)
Creative eye for content and passion for staying ahead of digital trends
Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, communication, organization, and relationship management skills
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000‑$75,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
