Sales Development Representative (Remote – New Jersey only)

What You’ll Do:
Make 40–60 outbound calls per day to property management, real‑estate, and finance leaders
Prospect into targeted account lists and identify decision‑makers
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Head of Sales & Owner
Maintain accurate activity and notes in HubSpot
Join discovery calls to learn product, market, and client needs
Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales to refine messaging and strategy
Requirements:
Based in New Jersey (remote role, but NJ‑based required)
1/2 a year–2 years experience in outbound BDR/SDR or high‑volume calling with a track record of hitting goals
Comfortable speaking with executives: CFOs, Controllers, Directors, Property Managers
Process‑driven and organized, not afraid of objections or rejection
Experience in SaaS, ERP, property management, or B2B is a plus (not required)
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
Compensation:
Base salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year
Commission tied to SQLs or closed‑won revenue
Performance‑based growth opportunities
Seniority level: Entry level
