Key Account Manager – Baker Hughes Are you looking to drive strategic relationships with key suppliers and ensure contractual excellence at Baker Hughes? The Key Account Manager will negotiate with dedicated suppliers, achieve optimal contract conditions, and support internal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Providing oversight to large suppliers or Business Process Outsourcing. Ensure Business Process Outsourcing compliance with SLAs and act as the primary point of contact on all service level issues and resolution.

Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.

Communicating with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.

Providing services to the function or directly to the business.

Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.

Qualifications

Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing).

Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Supplier Management.

Have strong oral and written communication skills.

Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.

Have proven analytical and organizational ability.

Flexible Working Working flexible standard business hours - 08:00 - 5:00
