As Vice President of OSP Construction, you’ll take the lead on Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) construction strategy and execution across multiple markets, driving scale, quality, and speed in every build.

What You’ll Do

Lead all FTTH construction projects from planning through activation across multiple regions.

Develop and execute deployment strategies to hit mileage, passings, and timeline goals.

Build and mentor high‑performing internal teams; reduce reliance on external contractors.

Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality metrics to ensure operational excellence.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.

Partner across engineering, operations, and leadership to align construction plans with business goals.

Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

What You Bring

10+ years leading large‑scale FTTH / OSP construction projects (required).

Strong background in OSP construction, permitting, make‑ready, and fiber activation.

Proven success managing multi‑market builds and distributed field teams.

Expertise in construction budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability.

Ability to interpret fiber prints, BOMs, and construction documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
