Full‑Time Pediatric Ophthalmologist – Santa Clara Valley Healthcare About Our Organization

Santa Clara Valley Healthcare (SCVH) is California’s second‑largest county‑owned health system, dedicated to improving the health of 1.9 million residents of Santa Clara County. SCVH operates four hospitals—Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, O’Connor Hospital, Saint Louise Regional Hospital, and Regional Medical Center—and a network of primary‑care clinics, urgent‑care centers, dental services, behavioral health, and specialty services across the county.

SCVH partners with Stanford University School of Medicine for clinical training of medical students, residents, and fellows. The Santa Clara Valley Medical Center hosts four residency programs and one fellowship training program, and is an ACS‑verified Level 1 Trauma Center, Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center, ABA‑verified Burn Center, Primary Stroke Center, Level 4 NICU, and a nationally recognized CARF‑accredited Rehabilitation Center.

About the Division of Ophthalmology

The Division of Ophthalmology provides inpatient and outpatient care for adult and pediatric patients, covering the entire spectrum of ophthalmology. Physicians who join our team will find a collegial environment with robust specialty and ancillary support and an integrated electronic health record.

About the Position

Fellowship‑trained in Pediatric Ophthalmology.

Primary clinical focus on pediatric ophthalmology – outpatient clinic and surgical responsibilities.

Opportunities to teach residents and medical students through affiliation with Stanford University School of Medicine.
