Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Enfin)
We are looking for a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with 7-10 years of progressive HR experience to join our dynamic team.
This position will be based out of our office in San Francisco, CA, with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, succession planning, workforce optimization, and risk management
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on building culture, driving change initiatives and partnering to build a fast growing organization
Provide coaching and guidance on key HR areas such as talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures
Support a fast growing organization by supporting people leaders in developing their organization, providing coaching and development to managers and leaders on people matters, performance, and team accountability
Collaborate with the HR centers of excellence (COEs) such as HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition to facilitate the seamless execution end to end HR support as well as attract and retain top financial and technical talent, ensuring competitive compensation strategies
Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, pinpoint gaps, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and business strategies using insights to drive improvements
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure a strong HR presence and enhance employee engagement and retention
Lead and champion key HR projects and initiatives, including organizational design, change management, manager training and talent development
Coach and mentor managers on HR best practices and provide training on HR topics as needed
Partner with the appropriate teams and leaders to conduct investigations into employee complaints, harassment, and discrimination allegations, and take appropriate action to resolve issues
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary action, and terminations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field and 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives, including 3+ years as an HRBP supporting senior leader
A deep understanding of the financial lending industry and its specific HR challenges and opportunities, market trends, and the company's competitive landscape to translate business needs into effective HR strategies
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and effectively influence decision‑making and build strong trust with the organization
Able to facilitate difficult conversations as well as mitigate and/or resolve conflict
The ability to influence, coach, and guide senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including the ability to present complex information clearly to executive‑level audiences
Proven ability to manage projects, influence teams, and drive initiatives to successful completion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify root causes of issues, and develop data‑backed solutions
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations nationwide
MS Office 365 core applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, as well as start‑up hands‑on environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in human resources, business administration or another related field
Solar Industry experience (Renewable)
Experience in Financial Lending Organizations
HR certification such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP
Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and ADP
