Product Marketing
Translate complex technical features into clear customer value.
Create compelling collateral case studies, decks, and one-pagers.
Drive customer education via email campaigns, documentation, and onboarding guides.
Growth & Demand Generation
Define and monitor key growth metrics: inbound leads, pipeline creation, and conversions.
Develop repeatable demand channels ads, partnerships, content, and email campaigns.
Experiment with paid acquisition and optimize ROI through data-driven insights.
Brand & Content
Maintain high creative standards across all marketing touchpoints.
Oversee social presence (LinkedIn, X) and ensure brand consistency.
Drive thought leadership through blogs, podcasts, PR, and storytelling.
Produce engaging launch videos, customer stories, and product announcements.
Events & Partnerships
Organize high-impact, ROI-focused events and conferences.
Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem partners, influencers, and creators.
Collaborate with design teams for swag, landing pages, and campaign experiences.
Lead a small, high-performance marketing team across multiple functions.
Set clear goals, performance metrics, and campaign ROI tracking.
Collaborate directly with founders on GTM, sales, and fundraising initiatives.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in product, brand, or demand generation marketing.
Strong understanding of developer tools and the software infrastructure space.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
